This T3000 Oshkosh Crash has a 300 gallon tank, 410 gal foam tank / 500 lbs purple K (fire extinguisher dust purple in color). The new Wayne model has been modified to include a new turret gun, red nitrogen tank on the roof, roof detail and side mounted ladders. On the driver's side is a traditional extension ladder and on the officer's side is a new A-frame ladder.

John Wayne Airport in Orange County, Santa Ana, California, originally named Orange County Airport, was renamed in 1979 to honor the actor John Wayne, who resided in nearby Newport Beach and died that year. It also became the first airport to be named after an entertainer.
